Becky Tilton is the President of the Board of Directors for Amal Foundation USA and an internationally-awarded Humanitarian, Instructor, Mentor, and Author. In her leadership role, she administers the foundation’s strategic direction, ensures ethical governance, fosters board engagement, and supports fundraising efforts. Becky is deeply passionate about developing inclusive communities and advocating for reproductive health education, with a focus on vulnerable populations in Asia. As Director of Operations for the LETS reproductive health initiative, she draws on her expertise in accounting, management, and writing to lead impactful programs. Career highlights include being published in Forbes, speaking at the Women Economic Forum, and raising five children.
Esrat Karim Eve
Esrat Karim Eve has been an integral part of AMAL Foundation for over a decade, where her unwavering commitment to empowering marginalized communities in Bangladesh has led to the catalyzation of sustainable livelihoods and social empowerment. Esrat was honored in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia and is a recognized international voice in the humanitarian space. Her drive provided the initial vision for Amal Foundation USA, and her dedication in the field continues to shape the foundation’s work and influence global humanitarian efforts. She remains a passionate advocate for equality and empowerment, with her leadership being a key factor in the success and growth of the foundation.
Rashed Noman
Rashed Noman serves as a board member for Amal Foundation USA, bringing extensive experience in driving business growth and building high-performing teams. With a dynamic leadership style, he has successfully scaled operations, improved technical teams, and launched new products across industries such as healthcare technology, aviation, aerospace, and automotive. Having worked with Fortune 50 companies like Augmedix, The Boeing Company, and General Motors, Rashed is known for his innovative approach, adaptability, and ability to identify and overcome business challenges. His focus on relationships and execution has led to consistent success, making him a valuable contributor to the board’s strategic direction.
Matthew Rymond
Matthew Rymond serves as the Treasurer for Amal Foundation USA, combining his expertise in financial management with a strong background in healthcare. As a Registered Dietitian, he has extensive experience managing complex health conditions, particularly in underserved communities. Matthew applies his knowledge of enteral nutrition support and complex nutritional cases to ensure that the organization’s initiatives are both sustainable and impactful. In his role as Treasurer, he brings a strategic approach which enables him to foster transparency and develop fundraising efforts. His goal-oriented mindset and passion for improving lives through sustainable solutions drive his work on the board, ensuring the foundation’s continued success.
